The contents provided by the owner, as well as the contents poured into the network through her web pages, constitute a work in the sense of the legislation on intellectual property, so they are protected by the laws and international agreements applicable in the matter.

Any form of reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, making available and, in general, any other act of public exploitation referred to both the web pages and their contents and information, without the express and prior written consent of the owner, is prohibited.

Consequently, all the contents that are displayed on the different websites, especially designs, texts, graphics, logos, icons, buttons, software, commercial names, trademarks, industrial drawings or any other signs susceptible to industrial and commercial use, are subject to the owner intellectual and/or industrial property rights and/or third parties who own these rights that have duly authorized their inclusion in the different websites.

The contents, images, forms, opinions, indexes and other formal expressions that are part of the web pages, as well as the software necessary for the operation and visualization of them, also constitute a work in the sense of copyright and are, therefore, protected by international conventions and national legislations on intellectual property that are applicable. Failure to comply with this implies the commission of serious illegal acts and their sanction by civil and criminal legislation.

Any act by virtue of which the users of the services or contents can exploit or use commercially, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, of any of the contents, images, forms, indexes and other formal expressions that are part of the web pages without prior written permission of the owner is prohibited.

In particular, and without exhaustive character, the acts of reproduction, distribution, exhibition, transmission, retransmission, broadcast in any form, storage in physical or logical media (for example, floppy disks or hard drives of computers), digitalization or making available from databases other than those belonging to those authorized by the owner, as well as their translation, adaptation, legislation, arrangement or any other formal transformation of these opinions, are prohibited

The owneris free to limit access to the web pages and the products and/or services offered therein, as well as the consequent publication of the opinions, observations, images or comments that users can send via email.

The owner, in this sense, may establish, if it considers it appropriate, without prejudice to the sole and exclusive responsibility of the users, the necessary filters in order to prevent through their web pages content or opinions considered racist, xenophobic, LGBTIphobic, sexist, discriminatory, pornographic, defamatory or that, in any way, clearly illicit content or that clearly promotes violence or that is harmful.

Any user who sends to the owner’s web pages, to their department of suggestions, observations, opinions or comments through the email service, unless they express in a certain and unmistakable way the contrary, in cases where by the nature of the services or contents this is possible, it is understood that they authorize the owner for the reproduction, distribution, digitalisation, transmission, transmission, legally broadcast Likewise, it is understood that this authorization is made free of charge, and that, by only sending by email these observations, opinions or comments, users decline any remuneration claim by the owner.

In accordance with the provisions of the previous paragraph, the owner is also authorized to proceed with the modification or alteration of these observations, opinions or comments, in order to adapt them to the needs of editorial format of the web pages, without it being understood that there is at all any kind of injury to any of the moral faculties of copyright that users may have over them.

All technical, logical or technological resources by virtue of which a third party can benefit, directly or indirectly, with or without profit, from each and every one of the formal contents, forms, indexes and other expressions that are part of the web pages or the effort made by the owner for her operation are prohibited. In particular, any link, hypertext, framing or similar link that may be established in the direction of the owner web pages, without the prior, express and written consent of the owner, is prohibited. Any violation of the provisions of this point will be considered an injury to the owner’s legitimate intellectual property rights over the web pages and all the contents of them.

The owner will not assume any responsibility for consequences derived from the aforementioned behaviors and actions, in the same way that it will not assume any responsibility for the contents, services, products, etc., of third parties that can be accessed directly or through banners, links, hypertexts, framing or similar links from the the owner websites.
